To allow the body to relax, anti-stress massage acts on everything that makes up the human being:
 It unties knots, muscular and joint tensions, thus eliminating the toxins that cause depression.
 Once the tension has dissipated, the body relaxes and the muscles and joints regain their flexibility.
 The duration of the massage is 30 minutes, one hour or one and a half hours.
